The store was disorganized, and it took forever to find anything in my size. When I asked an employee for help, they seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than actually assisting me. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl was completely rude and told me she was the manager & when I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me.
I also paid extra for custom embroidery, and it was completely off-center. When I brought it up, the employee just shrugged and said, “That’s how it came out.” No offer to fix it or refund me.
