Disclaimer: scooter mom. Kiddo said it was really hard to scoot because the transitions were hard. The pool bowls had raised rounded edges but apparently still hard to scooter. No shade. The parking lot had lots of open spaces, but there were quite a few homeless/transient folks and pan handlers congregating in the lot as well as some loud partyers in the park.
