I stopped by this store recently and was greeted by a very young Lady who proceeded to give my wife and I a sample of some lotion, I asked her what the ingredients were and she began to explain when my wife who was looking at some of the lotions opened a jar to smell it, the young employee immediately snapped telling her there were signs saying please don’t open or unscrew the jars of lotion. My wife apologized as she didn’t notice the sign but in my opinion she handled the situation wrong and I then decided not to purchase anything from this store. I don’t know if this is an issue of young children wanting to maintain a level of control over older adults in their 50’s and up but I believe these children are still trying to hang onto the idea of Covid and using it to their advantage so they still have some relevancy in the work place. As someone who lives in the desert, it can be quite challenging to keep hydrated, especially your face. I bought a full skin care regimen from Xeba in early spring, and I have been receiving compliments on my skin ever since. The prices may seem a little steep, but let me tell you, the products are of such high quality, that you need only a few drops or a tiny smear, depending on the product. 6 months later, I’m still working through all of my initial purchases, and will probably get another 1-2 months out of them. I’m so blessed to be a local, because this is the only skin care I use now! Some faves are the micellar water, the serums, body butter, spf cream, and the new violet everyday oil. I stopped into this adorable shop on vacation and was very excited and pleased to find handmade products without the additives that clog my pores. I obtained a hand balm, face cream and a lip balm. I am a weightlifter and this hand balm has been saving my hand rips and calluses with an amazing and natural smell. The face cream saved a bad forehead burn from peeling and evened out my skin tone amazingly to allow a healthy glow and tan come in. I’m drastically impressed and the customer service I received was amazing. Very nice, very helpful, and the fact that you could sample anything in person was amazing.
