Very unprofessional. I have never dealt with needing a Bail Bonds Man. I lack an understanding to how things work with this so like a normal person would, I asked questions. Kristys responses were not helpful and was very rude. I am out of state and was looking for information on different options and she didn’t seem to want to be informative. All I got from her was agitation, anger, and I felt as if I was a burden. Just needed information on how to go about everything and what was the rules and regulations. The conversations ended with her stating “I’m backing out, im backing out!” Before I can explain anything to her she hung up on me. Complete waste of time. So, my husband and I posted a large bond for a non family mbr (1st mistake). At first she was helpful amd seemed nice but sketchy, NOW 3 MONTHS LATER Candy has gone behind our backs, before the court date and all proceeding were over and sold the bond for $100, we paid $1500 and now when we call to get paperwork saying we are not on the bond she won't answer us.
