First I'd like to start this review and say thank you to Corina for getting me approved and walking me through the verification process. Not only did I confirm my employment and bank account but my proof of address as well! I was told I was approved for any tv at Aarons all I needed to do was make the monthly payment, so to make a long story short I had my boyfriend call in yesterday to make the payment and pick out the tv we wanted. We'll needless to say this was all a big waist of my time, my boyfriend was accused of being someone he wasn't because my ex I was with from what I'm being told did not return a computer, mind you this had nothing at all to do with me I never lived with him at all and was hardly ever around him, well my boyfriend got accused of being him saying that I had him call in when my boyfriend I work with actually was the one that called so not only did the staff at Aarons disrespect me they disrespected my boyfriend so after this the manager tells me all of a sudden I didn't verify nothing and I was denied! Here's what happened: Corrupt people at this store! We bought a samsung fridge thru them, they replace it because it was malfunctioning with a slitly newer fridge but still USED. The fridge part fills with water continuously. (IT IS NOT HOOKED TO A WATER!) It has something to do with the condenser in the back that continuously freezes and unthaws. Finally sent someone out to look at it a couple months ago and told me it would be 4 weeks for the stuff to come in. Finally after 6 weeks of waiting I contacted them and told them I'm not paying for broken furniture. And they just called me today and said I gotta pay for the broken furniture or give it back.
