Love Ashley. She does a wonderful job each time she cuts my hair.. I get so many compliments on my haircut.. So if you need a wonderful haircut you need to go see Ashley at Fantastic Sam. Tell Ashley Tina sent you. I haven't had a bad haircut since ive been seeing Ashley. No one has cut my hair as good as she does I would give her more than five stars if I could she's the best. She use to cut my daughter's hair when she was younger.. So we just keep it in the family that's how much we love her. So I just wanted everybody to know how much we like her and what an awesome job she does. And if I have a picture to show her the way I want my haircut she does exactly the way the picture is so five stars all around for her. So thank you Ashley for your wonderful an awesome job that you do everyday. Keep up the good work and I'll be back and my whole family will be coming to you for now on...So i want to say thank you again for your service. The other thing she does is she takes her time when she cuts your hair. So when you leave fantastic Sams your hair is perfect she cuts it puts mousse in it blow-dries it styles it she does more than what other people would do so I give her props for that... keep up the good work. We love you...

I would give zero stars if it was a option I called this morning around 9 am spoke to a women on the phone about my daughter wanting full highlights and a hair cut she gave me prices and booked appointment for 5:30 today we drove over a hour in the pouring down rain to get their was greeted by a older lady sitting outside with no shoes on I told her my name and she said we don't have a appointment for you I pointed at my name in her book she said oh that's you and I said yes thats us.She asked what we wanted done I told her a full highlights and hair cut like I told the other lady in the morning when she booked my appointment immediately I new this lady was annoyed with us and started telling my daughter oh your hair is to long for highlights her hair is literally right passed her shoulders she made every excuse possible to not have to do my daughter's hair she said I can do 7 highlights and thats all she can do and that it won't turn out right because my daughter has never had colors in her hair before she was very rude to us and made my daughter cry this was supposed to be her birthday present and it turned it to nightmare I DONT...

It was my wedding day and my wife and I had an 11 and 12 appointments to get our hair done. My wife canceled her appointment as she rather have done it herself. I called to say I would be late knowing Tara's appointment was right after mine and she wasn't going. I got there 40 minutes late. It was 20 to 12. They turned me away and said they were too busy for me. Even though I just canceled the 12:00 appointment.

I told them this was my wedding day and I was met with an, oh well we can do it later this afternoon. My wedding was at 2:00. They were able to do my hair at 2:00. I believe that was said sarcastically. These two appointments had been set 2 months in advance.

I wouldn't recommend them at all. This was my wedding day and they showed no empathy at all. They didn't even try to work things out or offer any reasonable resolution. I got married with my hair in a ponytail. I was not happy. Like I said my being late was no surprise to them as I called ahead.

If you are going to an important event don't waste your time scheduling your hair with them. I guess even with an open appointment they can...
