I hate to say it, but it takes more than just a decent sandwich to be good at what you do. Personality goes a long long way in the food business. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this people dont wanna be there. No good morning, no thank for your business, no anything. The most dry and grumpiest people I have ever had to encounter. I literally stared and the lady making the sandwiches and said good morning and how she was doing today and just got a straight stupid look and completely just ignored me. The old man at the register no better, I said good bye to the guy like 3 times and told him had a good day and he just straight up ignored me. I dint even wanted my change back to leave as a tip and still couldn't get anything out of this people. Just because of that I would never in my life would go in there again and most definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Extremely poor customer service skills, man I have had my share of bad services, but this place made it to my #1 on the list and I think it will be hard to beat lol well I do hope that they change for the best. Cause the sandwiches weren't that bad. But a mayor attitude...

I think customer service goes a long way in a business and without it you are just another deli. It saddens me because there hasn't been one time i have received a warm welcome in this place and as a result I have decided not to spend my hard earned dollar with people who lack respect enough to say thank you or crack a smile. Some people may not agree but this is a small town and being friendly is part of being a small...
Read moreI ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The menu says "on a round roll". I've had round rolls. I know round rolls. I was born in Brooklyn. The place is named "New York Deli", so I'm expecting a kaiser roll, with poppy seeds, right? I waited like 10 minutes for this sandwich, like they were chasing the chicken around out back trying to get the egg. Never got asked if I wanted salt pepper ketchup, and none of it was in sight either. Then, the finale.... This sandwich comes out on a hamburger bun.
A HAMBURGER BUN.
I was so disappointed, so disgusted, I threw it in the garbage. You couldn't pay me money to set foot in this...
