They don’t let you view vape products before buying, then lie and say they did, also let me leave the store with a device that needed a battery then blamed me for that saying that she let me view it before purchasing which she didn’t. If I would have been able to actually view the product I wouldn’t have purchased one that need a battery cause not all vape products require a battery. They don’t know anything about their vape products all the questions I asked were responded either with a shrug or idk or one of her excuses was “I didn’t make it so” if your selling the product in your store you should know about the product when I asked if I could view it she told me flat out no them blamed me when I wanted to return it. And once more I was not allowed to even view the box I until I already said ok I’ll get that one since all the questions I asked were met with an idk or a shrug I know exactly what happened and I know exactly how she behaved most smoke shops have a device out of the box so you can see it and so does Walmart and shop employees actually know something about their devices which she clearly didn’t. Also maybe not blaming your costumers for something your employees clearly failed to do and you won’t get a bad review. Don't shop here, they sell garbage then hide behind their "24" hour garbage of a "warranty". Was there to buy an ooze vape battery. First the cartridge they sold me didn't fit the battery, then they gave me another, by that time the 24 hours had passed, I never got to charge it within the 24 hours. When I finally got to charge it, it was garbage, so I returned it, where the lady agreed to exchange it after a small disagreement. I get it home, use it, then try to charge it overnight garbage again. I gave 2 stars because they were pleasant and courteous. But they sell garbage then want to use a garbage warranty. 4 times is not the charm. Never going there as they don't stand by the garbage they sell. Don't sell garbage and never offer a refund. Apparently Ooze has a 3 year warranty but these guys sell you the garbage, then leave you to fend for yourself, when it's garbage. They probably know it's garbage then still...
