One of the best apartment complex I have seen names Diamond Island in Vietnam. So why that’s architecture is good ? First thing you can see on the GG Maps there’s so many assessment form about Diamond Island, all of suggestion about it is all 5 stars but I think 1 person was evaluate 4 stars, so on the official web its just 4.5 stars but it kinda okay. Okay, so I’ll tell you about the structures outside and inside. Outside is a bridge names Cau Thoi Dai, and the security room. Inside is 6 tower names: Bahamas, Bora Bora, Maldives, Brilliant, Canary and finally is Hawaii. The air and view really peaceful, relaxing, beautiful, majestic… But the place that’s make me feel like so impression is a utilities around 6 tower on G floor (ground floor). Wonderfully, there is so many utilities like pool, playground, kindergarten, small basketball stadium… Those place are help me relieve all stress in my body, make me happy all the time and I can add some friendly siblings (means best friend). Now I cannot live there anymore because my family don’t want to pay a lot of money in that place so I was move to another place. Kusto Home, the guy who was build this luxury architecture thank you very...

I stayed at Diamond Island and it was extremely disappointing. The apartment is advertised as “luxury,” but the reality was far below standard.
Problems I experienced (see my photos): • Floor tiles were broken with holes. • Bathtub was scratched, stained, and had mold in the corner because the silicone was old. • Window blinds were broken and unusable. • Shower handle was broken and needed replacement. • Paint on the walls was peeling and stained, with water damage near the air conditioner. • Cabinets and doors were chipped. • Electricity did not work properly. • Door knob and lock were broken, a serious security risk. • Microwave door would not close. • Stove did not turn on.
I reported all of these problems. The management said “yes, we will fix them”, but nothing was done.
For the high price I paid, this was unacceptable. This is not luxury at all — just a poorly maintained, low-range apartment. Absolutely not...
Read moreI live in Hawaii Block and I wouldn’t recommend it under the current conditions.
The day begins at Diamond Island with power tools blaring before 7:30 am, and pounding/hammering noises reverberating throughout the building and grounds often past 5 pm. I rented here because I was told it was a back to nature environment, including quiet. I didn’t mind paying more for the improved environment. But Saigon dwellers must not have the same understanding of quiet that I do. Weekends are a bit of a reprieve from construction noise, but Airbnb guests swarm here for the weekends to take advantage of that reprieve.
Update: the conditions have only gotten worse over the 3 months I’ve lived here. I basically close all windows doors to avoid the constant noise of construction and commerce here.
Month 6: if Dogs barking and unsupervised kids screaming is your ideal, then diamond Island is the place for you. Parents just leave their kids to run and scream while they...
