23/6/2023, khi mới vào quán thì bàn và ghế mình ngồi đã bị xếp sai vị trí, có thể là do khách trước đó. Mình ngồi được một lúc thì một nhân viên nữ lại nói mình là có thể xếp ghế sát vào tường được không do nó chắn chỗ lấy nước lọc. Vấn đề là nhân viên sao không xếp lại đúng chỗ trước đó đi rồi đến khi mình ngồi vào thì nói như thể mình là người dời ghế ra chắn đường. Thì ok coi như bạn hiểu lầm đi. Nhưng rồi một lúc sau một bạn nhân viên nam đến nói mình là anh ơi hỗ trợ em xếp bàn lại như cũ được không ạ. Vậy là trách nhiệm xếp bàn đúng chỗ là của khách chứ không phải nhân viên sao. Cách dùng từ của nhân viên như vậy ý ám chỉ mình là người đã dời bàn sai vị trí và không có ý thức rồi. Có thể bạn hiểu lầm hoặc không có ý như vậy nhưng bạn có thể nói là anh ơi chỗ này hơi chắn đường để em hỗ trợ đẩy bàn vào cho gọn nha. Nói tới đây mới nhớ là bạn để mình tự dọn bàn vào lại luôn chứ. Nếu do mình khó tính quá thì thôi coi như mình góp ý đi, mong quản lý và các bạn rút kinh nghiệm chứ mình đi the coffee house nhiều rồi mà đây là lần đầu có trải...

english below Tối nay lúc 8.35pm tối có đến mua 2 gói coffee arabica đến lúc thanh toán thì nhờ bạn nhân viên xay, vì gói là coffee nguyên hạt.

Nhưng bạn nữ nói là "KHÔNG CÓ XAY", mình mới nói là đó giờ mình mua nhiều lần và đều được xay, khi này bạn nữ mới hỏi bạn nam kế bên thì bạn nam nói là "MÁY XAY ĐÓNG RỒI" mai quay lại. Vậy có phải là "CỐ TÌNH KHÔNG MUỐN XAY KHÔNG" mình đã mua rất nhiều lần và nhiều chi nhánh từ bên Xuân Thủy đến bên Nguyễn Duy Trinh rồi bên Homy Land... đều được xay.

Nếu trường hợp này thì nhân viên làm vậy là đúng hay sai nhờ bên quản lý The Coffee House trả lời giúp mình.

Mình đã tin dùng sản phẩn rất lâu, mình không muốn vì trường hợp này mà đổi qua...
