We did three activities with them and hired three transfers and everything was perfect. plus, Stacey was super quick and helpful at replying my emails. I would especially recommend the “morning breeze” (bath by the falls) at Livingstone island and devil’s /angel’s pool. I am not usually into this type of activities but it ended up being the funniest. All our transfers were on time, super professional and perfect (by contrast to what happened to us in Namibia and Botswana with other operators). As for the helicopter flight, we chose the cheapest, which was 12 minutes long, it was my first time in an helicopter so I liked it, but I think the route can be improved since it was too repetitive: you end up going around and around the same points like 4 times. Maybe this is done with the purpose of pushing people to go for the longer flight. As for our last activity, the guided tour around Victoria falls, I have to say that it is a walking tour that you can easily do on your own ( I didn’t know this).
