Booked a weekend table right away! 🐟 First Course – Smoked sturgeon toast, deviled eggs, or Brussels sprouts. The sturgeon toast won for me — smoky fish with beet bits and a touch of caviar. Deviled eggs were fine but simpler. 🥚 Second Course – “Eggs on Eggs,” banh mi, or veggie tofu dumplings. Eggs on Eggs is my forever favorite — sourdough piled with crab meat, trout roe, tuna roe, and kimchi seasoning. Asian-inspired and bursting with flavor. 🍩 Dessert – Kolachki or Polish-American donuts. Go for the Polish black sesame cream donut — less sweet, with an old-school bread-like texture. ➕ Add caviar for $30 extra if you want — though their chips are too salty, so just enjoy the caviar straight.
