Tucked away in an unassuming plaza in Guilderland (the suburbs of Albany), it’s surprisingly authentic – a wonderful surprise! - ❤️ Spicy Intestine Vermicelli Soup: Huge portion, rich intestine flavor, and a satisfying spicy kick. The vermicelli soaks up the broth but remains chewy and smooth. I ate it until I was sweating – absolutely fantastic!😊😊 - ❤️ Spicy Tofu Pudding with Fish Spicy, fragrant, tender, and crispy – a must-order. - ❤️ Spicy Dry-Fried Chicken Recommend the bone-in version. It’s well-marinated, crispy, and flavorful – perfect with rice or beer 🍺. 📍 Fairy Sichuan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s the top Sichuan restaurant in Albany. During the pandemic, I relied on their takeout to get by, so it holds a special place for me.🍰🍰 Located downtown, the surrounding area looks a bit run-down, but I’ve never had any issues. Recommend parking in the adjacent parking lot.🌈🌈 - ❤️ Bobo Chicken (Skewered Chicken in Chili Oil) : The chili oil is aromatic, the chicken is tender, and the skin is chewy! It’s incredibly good value – I dug through the bowl and was surprised there were no cucumber slices at the bottom (to fill the plate) 😂. - ❤️ Tofu Pudding with Fish : The tofu pudding is amazing – tender, spicy, fragrant, and smooth, even better than the fish itself! I’ve been ordering it for years and still crave it every time.🍭🍭 - ✅ Dry Pot Intestines : The intestines are thickly sliced and hearty. They’d be perfect if they were a bit more tender.
