🇮🇹 Day Trip from Milan | Aerial Cable Car Adventure

📍 Funivia Prada-Costabella Just a 🚗 2-hour drive from Milan. Toll fee round trip: around €20. Google Maps parking location: 🅿️ “parcheggio funivia prada” (If full, there’s a large grassy parking area down the path near the bar nearby.) Round-trip cable car ticket to the top: €20. The first section is a super fun stand-up cable car ride 🚡—lasts about 10+ minutes. This was the highlight for me 😂! At the first stop, you’ll see lots of cows 🐮 roaming around. The second section is a chairlift. After getting off, it’s a 10-minute walk to Rifugio Chierego. The view from here is breathtaking—you can see almost the entire Lake Garda! 🌄 But the food…😅 Even though we were hungry, we thought it was just okay. You might want to try the other rifugio near the chairlift station instead. If you’re up for more adventure, you can hike 🥾 less than 2 hours to Rifugio Telegrafo (elevation gain: 450m). We couldn’t do it with the baby, but online photos show an incredible “king of the world” view 🏔️—highly recommend if you have the chance! Note: The cable car operates from 9 AM to 6 PM (closes after early November). Windproof jacket is a must! 🧥 Good weather = amazing views. At noon, the sun was shining ☀️, and Lake Garda looked unbelievably celestial blue 💙—absolutely magical! But by afternoon, some clouds rolled in ☁️, and the scenery wasn’t as stunning. Another happy day +1 😊 #MountainView #HealingTravel #CaptureTheSummit #LakeGarda #ItalyDayTrip
