๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น Milan's Only Three-Michelin-Star Restaurant: Enrico Bartolini

The first meal after landing ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ After flying for over ten hours, I was starving! ๐Ÿฅฒ Located inside the MUDEC art museum, if you arrive early, you can take a stroll and visit a free exhibition. I even saw Chinese porcelain that was exported back in the day. You can mix and match dishes from the "best of" and "MUDEC experience" menus, and there's no requirement to choose the same dishes! ๐Ÿ“Œ **Welcome Snack** A delicious little pancake with onion and beetroot! ๐Ÿ“Œ **Fish Dish (I didn't catch the name)** The waiter mentioned something about fish, but I didn't quite understand. ๐Ÿฅฒ ๐Ÿ“Œ **Mediterranean Sole** Served with a black sauce, like a painter's palette. The fish seemed to be marinated and then pan-fried. ๐Ÿ“Œ **Italian Ravioli: Olive Oil + Lime + Octopus + Sauce** Why isn't this considered an Italian version of takoyaki? The filling is not only too much for pizza but also overflowing from the ravioli! ๐Ÿ“Œ **Beetroot Risotto (Signature Dish)** The waiter sprayed some perfume on the dish first. It contains blue cheese, but I couldn't detect any strong smell. Although it looks unusual, it's actually a creamy, cheesy risotto with a subtle, sweet beetroot flavor. The plating might be artistic, but it tastes great! ๐ŸŽจ ๐Ÿ“Œ **Eye of Beef** A huge piece of meat, served on a decorative plate and sliced right in front of you. The portion is generous, and the meat is incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorfulโ€”definitely one of the best steaks I've ever had! ๐Ÿ“Œ **Pork Belly & Artichoke** A cart is brought to your table, where the pork is roasted on the spot and then rolled and placed in the center of the plate. ๐Ÿ“Œ **Dolomites Lamb** It was tasty but didn't leave a particularly memorable impression... There was also a small piece of lamb heart. ๐Ÿ“Œ **Complimentary Desserts with Cute Animal Platters** ๐Ÿฎ๐ŸฆŠ๐Ÿ๐Ÿท๐Ÿข I decided to eat here just because of these adorable animal-shaped desserts! - ๐Ÿข is a small cream puff. - ๐Ÿท is chocolate. - ๐Ÿ is something caramelized. - ๐ŸฆŠ is topped with popping candy and grape sugar. - ๐Ÿฅ„ is lemon-flavored. ๐Ÿ“Œ **Two Types of Bread Served in Between** Both were great! The purple one was made with flowers and beets, very visually appealing. The other had a hint of anise. The butter seemed to have a touch of orange peel...? ๐ŸŒŸ **Overall Impression** Definitely worth a try! The service and dishes were excellent. Without wine, the combination of pickled flavors and sauces can be a bit salty, but it's still very tasty. After the meal, we immediately indulged in some gelato. ๐Ÿจ #FoodieUniverse #100RestaurantsChallenge #ItalianCuisine #ThreeMichelinStars #Milan #RestaurantInAMuseum #HiddenGemRestaurant #ItalyTravel #GlobalFoodieContest #EuroAustralianCharm
