Not even exaggerating—after being in Italy for so long, this place serves the BEST pasta I’ve had so far! It’s simply pasta perfection. 😍 (No wonder it expanded from Rome to Milan! Even during off-peak hours, there’s a queue. (Feels like you can’t go wrong with anything here. Definitely trying more next time!) 1️⃣ FETTUCCINE - SUGO CON CODA ALLA VACCINARA (Tomato Oxtail Pasta 🍝) Rich, flavorful sauce with wide Fettuccine noodles—soft, fully infused with flavor. The beef was incredibly tender. This is top-tier tomato pasta! Ingredients: manzo, pomodoro, carota, cipolla, sedano, vino, pecorino, pepe, olio, sale, alloro, peperoncino (beef, tomato, carrot, onion, celery, wine, pecorino, pepper, oil, salt, bay leaf, chili) 💰 €18 2️⃣ STROZZAPRETI - CARBONARA (Carbonara Pasta 🍝) Their signature dish—and oh my, it deserves a perfect score! The pasta—Strozzapreti (hand-rolled pasta)—is chewy and not commonly found back home. A must-try! The cheese sauce is authentic, and the guanciale (cured pork jowl) is crispy. Overall, an incredible texture and taste! Ingredients: guanciale, uova, pecorino e parmigiano e pepe (pork jowl, eggs, pecorino, Parmigiano, pepper) 💰 €18 One downside: Cover charge is €4 per person 💺💶 (I thought it was outrageous at first… but the food was so good I forgave them.) ⚠️ They don’t take reservations, so go early to avoid the dinner rush!
