Ingredients: manzo, pomodoro, carota, cipolla, sedano, vino, pecorino, pepe, olio, sale, alloro, peperoncino ๐ฐ โฌ18 2๏ธโฃ STROZZAPRETI - CARBONARA (Carbonara with Guanciale ๐ฅ) Their signature dish โ and oh my, it deserves the hype! Perfectly al dente Strozzapreti โ a chewy, twisted fresh pasta you rarely see outside Italy7. The cheese is rich, guanciale (cured pork cheek) is crispy, and every bite is pure bliss ๐ Ingredients: guanciale, uova, pecorino e parmigiano e pepe ๐ฐ โฌ18 One (small) downside: ๐ช They charge a โฌ4 coperto (cover fee).
