🇺🇸 I’d Be Sad If You Miss This Korean Restaurant in Monterey!
New Korea Restaurant 📍 300-D Carmel Ave, Marina, CA 93933 I just have to share this amazing Korean food find — my dopamine was firing like crazy! 🤩💥 As someone who sometimes prefers Korean food over Chinese, I’m putting my hand on my (flat) chest and seriously recommending this place! 🐖 Jokbal (Braised Pork Hock Platter) – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It’s different from Chinese-style braised pork, but so delicious! 🍖 Over $30 for a huge plate that even four people couldn’t finish. This is their signature dish — there’s even a sign calling them “Pork Feet King” 👑 (thanks Google Translate!) — and it’s legit! 🍲 Sundae Guk (Blood Sausage Soup) – So rich and comforting it brought tears to my eyes 😭 🔥 Bulgogi (Grilled Marinated Beef) 🍚 Bibimbap in Stone Pot 🦐 Seafood Tofu Soup (Sundubu-jjigae) 🥩 Beef Short Rib Soup (Galbi-tang) Everything we ordered was incredible! My whole family loved it so much we came back two days in a row. Even my parents, who usually have a bias against Korean food, were smiling and eating with shining eyes ✨😊 The owner doesn’t speak much English, but she’s super sweet — you can order with gestures and it’s totally fine! 💬❤️ #MontereyEats #KoreanFood #CaliforniaTravel #CaliforniaFood #MustTry #FoodieHeaven
