🇺🇸 In Chicago|2-Day Citywalk Itinerary + Guide 🚶♀️✨
Spent a weekend exploring Chicago on foot and was truly impressed! The city gives off a vibe that’s energetic, clean, and full of character ✨. Compared to New York, it’s way cleaner and less crowded. One great thing about Chicago is that most attractions are concentrated downtown, making it super walkable. Two days is perfect for a short trip! 🏙️ 📍 Safety note: Yes, Chicago has its rough areas (especially south of downtown), but the core downtown and tourist zones are generally safe. Just stay aware and avoid less familiar neighborhoods! 🌟 Day 1 Arrived + hotel check-in Lunch: Lou Malnati‘s Pizzeria 🍕 (must-try deep-dish pizza!) Museum of Ice Cream 🍦 Millennium Park + Cloud Gate (The Bean!) 📸 Crown Fountain (wasn’t running that day 😢) Historic Begin Route 66 Sign 🛣️ The Chicago Theatre (perfect photo spot!) 🎭 Evening river walk 🌉 Dinner: The Purple Pig 🍖 (order the half duck confit – amazing!) 🌟 Day 2 Breakfast: Starbucks Reserve Roastery Chicago ☕ Magnificent Mile 🛍️ Ralph Lauren (world’s largest store!)
