On the Way Back After Seeing Fall Foliage 🍁, We Passed Through Albany (New York State Capital) and Found a Northeast Chinese Restaurant – Big Portions, Delicious Food, Great Ambiance🥬🥬 🥭Compared to New York City, the prices here are really reasonable, and the flavor is authentic. We were so full that we couldn’t finish the food; taking the leftovers home made for another nice meal later. Recommended Dishes🥩 🍀1. Sautéed Three Delicacies of the Northeast 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It’s so delicious 😋! The ingredients are well-chosen – especially the eggplant: they used Chinese eggplants 🍆 instead of the hard American ones, which makes it taste just right. The potatoes are also soft and creamy.🌳🌳 2. Crispy Spicy Chicken Strips 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Spicy, crispy fried chicken strips – it took me right back to my childhood in a second. So tasty! 3. Tofu with Sweet and Sour Sauce 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I haven’t had this in ages. It has a sweet, sour, and savory flavor, and the starch sauce is perfectly made 👍. Not Recommended: Braised Pork Ribs First, they didn’t use pork shanks (the traditional “big bones”) but other types of ribs. Second, the flavor is very bland and not absorbed into the meat – you need to dip it in soy sauce to eat it. 🌷One dish per person is more than enough to fill you up.
