Bay Area food--LIU ROAST FISH
🌟 Fish and Lamb Pot: The fish is fresh perch, grilled over charcoal until it's crispy, with not many bones, and it's a generous portion. The freshness of the fish blends into the soup, complementing the lamb perfectly. The broth is incredibly delicious! They also served a portion of mutton soup, which is great for nourishing and health in winter. The only downside is that I found the lamb not tender enough, and the bones were hard to chew. Following the principle of not wasting food, I took the lamb home and processed it in a pressure cooker. 😄 🌟 Lamb, Beef, Chicken Cartilage, and Shrimp Skewers: The freshly grilled skewers are super tasty 😋, with the flavor of Northeastern Chinese barbecue. I especially love the grilled shrimp 🦐, which is flavorful and satisfying! The chicken cartilage is reminiscent of the "KFC Bone and Meat" I had as a child! Eating these skewers made us half full, haha! Recommended 👍 🌟 Grilled Corn 🌽: Ahh, I love this grilled corn so much, it's a childhood memory of KFC 💯, crispy and sticky, with a rich, creamy aroma. 🌟 Pig's Trotter Cold Dish: The garlicky dipping sauce is quite good, and it pairs well with the pig's trotter. However, the dish is filled with onions. 🍴LIU ROAST FISH 🚩550BarberLn.Milpitas.C95035 #LIU ROAST FISH #Milpitas#Bay Area food
