📍 Jang Su Jang There are locations in Milpitas and Santa Clara. The complimentary beef bone soup and the fish cakes and mixed vegetables among the side dishes are my favorites. The prices are on the higher side, and I haven't tried the grilled meat yet. If you're in a hurry and can't dine in, you can visit the convenience store Jang Su Jang Next Door next door in Milpitas to grab hot dog sticks, wrapped rice, Lunch Boxes, and side dishes. 👉 Eundaegu Jorim $45 An innovative Korean spicy braised codfish that's mildly spicy. The white radish is stewed until it's very soft, with a texture similar to potatoes, absorbing the spicy sauce and the freshness of the fish. The egg, carrot, and onion shreds can be mixed into the soup or with rice. The downside is that there are quite a few bones, and for the price and portion size, it's more about trying something new. 👉 Yookgejang Kalguksoo $20 Spicy beef soup with hand-rolled noodles. I really love the special chewy texture of these noodles.
