Best Beach in Puerto Rico for Free Snorkeling
馃寠Nestled near the old town, Balneario del Escambr贸n is the perfect choice for a full day of fun without ever getting bored. Escambr贸n Beach and Balneario del Escambr贸n are just a five-minute walk apart. 馃寠Recently, strong winds and waves in Puerto Rico have disrupted many organized snorkeling tours, so we decided to spend the day at Balneario del Escambr贸n instead. 猸怋alneario del Escambr贸n is a relatively quiet beach where you can sunbathe and enjoy water activities. 馃敟The biggest surprise was discovering that snorkeling is possible here. We brought our own snorkeling gear and were delighted to spot tropical fish in the shallow, clear waters鈥攁 truly enjoyable experience. 馃寛Next to it, Escambr贸n Beach has rougher waves and is not suitable for swimming, but it鈥檚 incredibly photogenic and perfect for scenic shots. 馃拵The beach has a parking lot that costs $10 for the day.
