CAVA Will Open Fifth Illinois Location in Streeterville This Weekend

As fans of CAVA , we were excited to hear that the quick-service Mediterranean restaurant chain is opening its fifth location in Illinois. This Friday, CAVA will open its first restaurant in Streeterville , marking a significant milestone for the area. Known for its Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings, the fast-casual restaurant chain serves mouth-watering food that often leads to long lines out the door. Before the doors officially open, every CAVA restaurant invites its new neighbors to the table for a free meal , while also accepting donations to support a local cause and matching those donations up to $1,000. Since launching its company-wide Community Day program in 2019, CAVA has raised over $600,000 in donations , primarily focused on improving food security in local communities. CAVA’s Streeterville Community Day event will support funds for Chicagoland’s location of Food Rescue US, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating hunger and food waste.
