Chicago's Ultimate All-You-Can-Eat Sushi + BBQ + Seafood Buffet šŸ£šŸ„©

It’s been a while since my last buffet review, and I’ve finally found a hidden gem in the northwest suburbs of Chicago! This place, which just opened two weeks ago, already has a 4.7-star rating on Google. 🌟 First things first, let’s talk about the decor. This restaurant has the coolest interior I’ve ever seen in any buffet in the US. The fog effects simulating flames between the tables, combined with the K-pop and boy band music videos on the walls, create an incredibly trendy atmosphere. šŸŽ¶ Despite being a buffet, the restaurant doesn’t skimp on quality. You can see that from the photos (PS: I had the thickest and largest beef tongue I’ve ever had in a US BBQ restaurant). šŸ– We tried all the seafood and most of the meats. Here’s your ordering guide: 1. **BBQ**: My favorite was the Wagyu Beef Cubes. The meat is genuinely fresh, perfectly marbled, and full of juice. Also, if you have a sweet tooth, try their signature Black Pepper Cowboy Steak. The black pepper sauce is like the one you’d find in Cantonese cuisine. We ordered two large plates and cleaned them both! šŸ– 2. **Seafood**: I highly recommend two types of shrimp. The Prawn comes with optional garlic oil. When the shrimp shell turns golden and the garlic oil bubbles, it’s incredibly aromatic. The Shrimp is stuffed and incredibly bouncy. Additionally, the Spicy Octopus is soft and chewy, bursting with flavor when cooked to perfection. 🦐 3. **Sushi**: The Salmon Nigiri and Rainbow Roll are must-tries. As you can see from the photos, this place doesn’t cut corners like some other Chicago buffets. Both the nigiri and sushi rolls have a perfect balance of fish to rice. The quality of the sashimi is very fresh, even surpassing 80% of Madison’s Ć  la carte Japanese restaurants. The American-style rolls have just the right amount of sauce, and the fish used for toppings is as thick as the sashimi on other buffets’ nigiri. šŸ£ There’s also a small condiment station where you can help yourself to lettuce, fruits, and desserts. Of course, you can also end your meal like I did—with a serving of Cheese Mussels and some homemade Cheese Rice Cakes. šŸ– #ChicagoFood #ChicagoLife #ChicagoSuburbs #ChicagoDining
