Finally checked out that $1 sushi spot everyone’s been talking about in Chicago 🍣 Honestly, I didn’t expect much — the price seemed almost too good to be true. But the quality? Actually really good! Some pieces were even surprisingly amazing 😍 I think the owner really knows how to pair ingredients — each sushi comes with just the right sauce or topping, making every bite super flavorful (and they look amazing too — very Instagram-worthy!!). If omakase is the minimalist collision of pure ingredients, then this place is the maximalist celebration of ingredients + toppings — a totally different kind of flavor feast.
