A5 Wagyu dipped in unlimited fresh egg wash — pure paradise in Chicago’s cold winter 🥹 We went for the Gold Tier set — for $78 ($68 for members), you get unlimited A5 Wagyu, plus appetizers, sashimi platter, sushi 🍣, and hand rolls. The seared salmon sushi is a must-try — so good! 😍 Although the Wagyu is the star, don’t miss the special dish (one per person) — go for the Bone Marrow and Tartare! So flavorful 🤤 First time seeing such a huge bone packed with marrow — the richness is unreal! I also love their condiment bar — not just sauces, but also curry rice, Wagyu beef rice, side dishes, fruit, and yes, unlimited fresh eggs‼️ Every time I come here, I wish I had extra stomachs.
