2.5/5
I would say if youâve never had wagyu, try it. But if youâve had wagyu or even youâve had great meat, DO NOT. I came by myself, if you go there 1-2 people, DO NOT. If you go there in groups, YES I think it is a good place to share the variety of foods.
The only okay meat I think is the one in my grill in the video. Yes they fresh cut their meat, but the meats are not fresh. Because Iâve dealt with a whole fresh beef tongue before. And I have fresh meats all the time. All the pieces on that cow it looks great, but the quality I would not say so. As a meat lover, I am disappointed.
Yes the server came to ask how I was doing A LOT. But it was just like è”°èżćș (they ask but THEY DO NOT CARE).
Why did I say that?
I only get to have the heat turn lower when I ASKED, even when the server clearly noticed that my heat is too high for me. I only get to get my refill for my drink when I ASKED even when the server clearly noticed that my drink was already empty for a while. By the way the drinks are separated so I believe it is reasonable for me to not want to have just one drink for same price in a restaurant that I pay service for. The robot for the food send the wrong items TWO times, which I donât appreciate it because you are ruining my experience. The situation like this, Iâve noticed there were a lot of servers just hanging out behind my desk. So they werenât busy they really didnât care.
When I was deciding which price should I pick, I wanted myself to have the best experience so I go with the higher price one $88. And my server told me if I can add another $20 Since I came by myself, I asked what if I cannot finish it. The server SMILING said he could ask the manager to give me a to-go box, which I can tell from his face that they have done this thing before. So I added another $20 for more options. But while I was still working, the server told me that the manager says âNo we canât do a to-go box, but donât worry about the leftovers.â YES I totally UNDERSTAND this IF you DOUBLE CHECK IT BEFORE I ADD THE EXTRA MONEY TO MY BILL. Which would show your professionalism more. Even I totally understand that for all you can eat it is usually no. I do feel like the server should make sure of this when we discuss the menu, it is the server and restaurantâs responsibility to explain everything before guests start the meal. But I kind of feel like you âtrickedâ me for the extra money and then tell me no.
Also, for a quality like this, and price like this, I would appreciate if someone can grill for me. If not, you should raise your standards for the meats because it is too average for the price and the brand you are trying to be. Also, the robot shouldnât make mistakes because it is just easy for people to check which table ordered something which table didnât as they send...

Now, let's talk about the star of the showâthe wagyu beef. The quality and selection of wagyu cuts offered at Wagyu House were impeccable. Each piece was marbled to perfection, resulting in an incredibly tender and flavorful bite. The chefs clearly knew their craft and cooked the beef to perfection, highlighting its natural richness.

Read moreUPDATE: Unfortunately, I have to change my review. The first time we came here was MUCH different than our second time.. We decided to celebrate our anniversary here and had a TERRIBLE experience. The thing that made it worse was that the manager reached out to my husband after he had written about our experience, said he'd talk to his team and get back to us....it's been almost 2 weeks and we haven't heard anything. So, the second time we came here, my California roll was forgotten, which would normally be fine, but for the money, nothing should be forgotten. The garlic shrimp was awful, since we weren't given any instructions on how to cook it. And on that note, when our server asked if we wanted her to cook the Wagyu and we said yes (so we didn't ruin a very expensive piece of meat!) She responded with something to the tune of 'ugh, I hate when people want me to cook the meat".....while I get her not wanting to be responsible for overcooking it either, SHE WAS TRAINED TO DO IT!!! Extremely unprofessional and I felt that the entire experience was ruined because of how uncomfortable I felt with her from there on out. I was so severely disappointed that our anniversary dinner had been ruined that I ended up crying on the ride home. We're parents to 4 kids and RARELY get to go out aside from special occasions, so I felt that one of the 3-4 times a year that I get to actually enjoy myself was ruined. And the fact that we never heard back from the manager at all just goes to show us that they don't actually care about their customers and the first time we were there was just a fluke due to it being a new area of the restaurant. Please, do yourself a favor and explore other options..
Wagyu House has made our top favorite list of all times!! The service and presentation were beyond belief!! We went here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we were not disappointed! The food was so good that it'll be something that we end up craving and NEEDING to go back for. The attention to detail was something I've never seen before! The entire staff makes you feel like you're the only patron in the establishment, despite it being full. We will undoubtedly be coming back...
