Who's back for more A5 Wagyu hot pot? It's me! I absolutely love this Japanese shabu-shabu place in Chicago! Dipping A5 Wagyu into the unlimited sterile eggs is like stepping into paradise in a second, even in the cold Chicago winter🥹. My friend and I went for the Gold Tier package. For just $78 (or $68 for members), you can unlimitedly enjoy A5 Wagyu, as well as various appetizers, sashimi platters, sushi, and hand rolls. The grilled salmon hand roll is a must-try! It's amazing😍. Although the Wagyu is the star of the show, I have to recommend the special dishes in the package, one per person. You must try the Bone Marrow and Tartare! They are incredibly delicious🤤. It was my first time seeing such a large bone filled with so much marrow. The rich, fatty flavor is perfect for rice. In addition, I really love their condiment station. It offers a wide variety of sauces, curry rice, Wagyu beef rice, various side dishes, and fruits. The sterile eggs are also unlimited and free‼️ Every time I come here, I wish I had more stomachs. Lastly, the ambiance is really great.
