Chicago Restaurants β€” Torizen 🍣✨

Name: Torizen Cuisine: Japanese Address: 22 E Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60173 A cozy, warm Japanese restaurant in Chicago’s northern suburbs with a refreshingly clean flavor profile.πŸ‘πŸ˜Š I’ve been twice for lunch β€” tried lots of Lunch Specials and left stuffed for just ~$30 per person β€” very wallet-friendly! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 TONKATSU LUNCH (Pork Cutlet) – One of their classics, crispy outside and juicy inside! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 AGEDASHI TOFU – One of my favorite appetizers β€” the crispy skin melts in your mouth. Never get tired of it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 AGE TAKOYAKI (Octopus Balls) – So tasty! Not a must-order for everyone, but I love them. Also tried a delicious beef bowl before β€” seems it’s not on the current menu. Note: Lunch and dinner menus are different!πŸ˜πŸ™Œ 🍽️ Dinner Menu Favorites (yes, I keep going back!): 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tako Wasabi (Wasabi Octopus) – So good! Small portion, fresh raw octopus. Staff recommended pairing it with sake.😍😘 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Liver Nira Itame (Stir-fried Chicken Liver) – Super fragrant, stir-fried with chives and bean sprouts. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Toro Saba Shio Yaki (Grilled Norwegian Mackerel) – Ordered to round out the meal, but surprisingly delicious β€” tender, moist, lightly seasoned. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Kani Croquette (Crab Croquette) – Amazing mix of snow crab, scallops, cream, and mushrooms. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Mini Pork Curry Rice – Tender pork cheek slices in a mildly spicy curry. So comforting! #ChicagoEats #JapaneseFood #Torizen #CozySpot #LunchSpecials #AffordableEats
