Chicago Thai Restaurant｜Feasting on Squid 🦑

A couple of weeks ago, after skiing near Chicago, we drove by this Thai spot and decided to try it — surprisingly delicious! Not too far from downtown either. For starters, we ordered fried chicken wings and grilled squid — both well-cooked, and the special dipping sauces added even more flavor. There’s actually a more popular chicken wing style that was sold out that day — ask the owner for their “hotter” version if you go! But the real stars were the mains — we ordered two portions each of two dishes, and finished every bite:😊👌 【Pork Collar Rice】 The meat was incredibly tender!! With just the right amount of fat — so smooth, bouncy, and full of collagen.❤️😁 【Crab Fried Rice】 So fragrant — served in a ceramic bowl that seemed to lock in the aroma even longer.😘🙌 We also got Thai iced tea — really good! Perfect with the meal. Thai food lovers know some places make it too sweet or a bit off, but here it was just right — authentic and refreshing.
