Chicago Wagyu Feast Alert! | Wagyu House Chicago π₯©π₯
Girls' night out just got a whole lot meatier! While I've tried all the Chubby Bull locations, this was my first time at Wagyu House - and what an experience! πβ¨ We snagged a 12pm reservation (smart move since there was already a waitlist at opening time! β°) and went straight for the Gold package at $78pp (Chubby Club members rejoice - your perks work here too!). The A5 Wagyu parade was everything! π€€ From melt-in-your-mouth Japanese cuts to premium Australian beef, all perfectly paired with silky raw egg dipping sauce. The showstopper? Their bone marrow specialty - slathered on toasted bread like the decadent treat it is! π¦΄π (Confession: I've always been weak for rich, buttery textures - marrow, uni, crab roe... you name it!) Fair warning though - there is such thing as too much Wagyu (who knew?!). The menu focuses heavily on beef with just scallops and shrimp as alternatives. Compared to Chubby Bull's extensive selection (think foie gras, uni, caviar plus more seafood and appetizers), the options here are more limited - probably because they offer hot pot too. We skipped the sushi and fried appetizers (meat coma incoming! π¨) but everything we tried was quality. Pro tip: Take advantage of the 2-hour free parking! ππ¨ Bonus points for the upscale ambiance - way more luxurious than Chubby Bull with plenty of private rooms perfect for group gatherings. π #Chicago #ChicagoLife #ChicagoEats #ChicagoFoodie #Fantuan #ChicagoActivities #ChicagoBBQ #ChicagoDining #ChicagoWeekend #ChicagoRestaurants
