Chicago Winter Ambiance | Lightscape Light Show

❄️A holiday season ritual of illuminating the winter nights at the bald botanical garden. 📍Chicago Botanic Garden 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL 60022 💰Be sure to book tickets in advance on the official website! They sell out quite quickly, with many weekend time slots being snapped up early. Non-member ticket prices are $34 for adults and $19 for children over 3 years old. You can also reserve a parking spot in advance for $15. 🔮The one-way route is lined with various lights that correspond with music, and the trail is not particularly long, with most of it being outdoors. Personally, I think it's not as spectacular as it's hyped online, but those who haven't been might still want to give it a try, after all, the ticket prices increase every year and there isn't much to do in Chicago during the winter, right? 🥹(Although there are indoor rest stops along the way, dress warmly as it takes about 1-1.5 hours to complete the walk.) #ChicagoLife #ChicagoTravel #ChicagoSurroundings #ChicagoFunAndDine #WeekendGetaways #Christmas
