π Collection Complete! Hidden Gem Rooftop Restaurant β Cabra
Recently checked off the last unvisited spot in the Goat Group β Cabra π β and it feels like completing a delicious collection! Out of all the Goat restaurants Iβve tried, this one is the tastiest! My friend and I both agreed the flavors here were a delightful surprise. The Peruvian dishes are tangy, sweet, and super appetizing. πβ¨ The rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning β and it even has a cover, so no worries about rain! When we arrived, the sky was painted in gorgeous colorsβ¦ the vibe was just perfect. π ππ The menu still features that cute little goat illustration β this time licking its lips, looking extra adorable and hungry. π Ceviche We tried the Salmon Ceviche. The chips served with it were so fun β crispy yet tender, especially the sweet potato ones. Dipped into the tangy ceviche, we couldnβt stop eating! π₯ Cold Plates Tuna Tataki β light, refreshing sauce with clean flavors. Seared Duck Salad β a pleasant surprise! Fried quinoa and currants added great texture and layers without being too heavy. π₯ Hot Dish We randomly picked Steak Saltado β at first we only saw tomatoes, but the beef was hiding underneath π! Tender, flavorful, and generously portioned. The Peruvian stir-fry sauce was aromatic, paired with crispy potato cake, roasted peppers, and onions. π Side Yuca Fries β thick, hearty fries served with black olive aioli and citrusy seasoning. Fun and appetite-whetting! π 200 N Green St, Chicago, IL 60607 π‘ Tip: Cabra can be tricky to find β itβs inside The Hoxton Hotel; take the elevator up to the rooftop. (P.S. Cira on the hotelβs first floor looks great too β adding it to my must-try list! β ) #Chicago #ChicagoEats #HiddenGem #RooftopDining #PeruvianFood #CabraChicago #GoatGroup
