I mentioned Flour Power in a previous pasta roundup, and soon after, they closed (reasons unknown). But two weeks ago, they announced their reopening on Instagram! π Fresh pasta made daily by Chef Wilson (formerly of Michelin-starred Schwa), plus focaccia and burrata. π¦ Order via IG or Tock, choose a pickup window, and grab your goods. π½οΈ If you want to eat there (like I did), just tell Wilson β heβll plate it fresh. π§π³ Itβs a one-man show, so be ready to self-serve and bus your table β heβs busy cooking and packing orders every 15 minutes. That night I had: π§ Lumache pasta β rich, cheesy, with spinach and crispy breadcrumbs. π Focaccia + burrata β delicious, though I prefer balsamic over honey with it. I also took home tomato garlic malfade β reheated perfectly the next day, like Chinese belt noodles in tomato sauce π π₯’. Will definitely return β a small, focused, and excellent pasta spot.
