Museums ------- Several Chicago museums are closed today amid the dangerous cold, according to social media posts from each institution. Here’s the full list: These museums plan to reopen for normal business hours on Saturday, January 24. The [Museum of Science and Industry](https://secretchicago.com/crafting-character-exhibit-griffin-msi-2026/) is open for normal hours, while the [Morton Arboretum](https://secretchicago.com/morton-arboretum-february-march-events/) in suburban Lisle is opening on a delayed schedule at 12 p.m. Friday.
