Went during an off-peak time, so we got a beautiful outdoor seat by the canal—stunning views! 🌊 Seafood Platter A classic combo of fried calamari 🦑, grilled scallops, and some fresh seafood. Standard flavors, nothing too surprising. Squid Ink Pasta How can you visit Venice and skip the squid ink pasta?! It was a bit mild, with a touch of that seafood taste. Not my favorite, but worth trying once! Tiramisu Delicious! It came in a big bowl, super rich and well-made. Tiramisu recipes are pretty standardized, so it’s hard to go wrong if you follow the basics. Spritz That slightly neon drink—the classic Italian favorite you must try! 🍹 Bellini Peach-flavored with a taste like rich peach juice 🍑 and just a hint of alcohol—refreshing! Gelatoteca Suso 🔸When in Italy, a daily gelato is a must! Suso is Venice's most popular gelato shop 🍦 located in a small alley opposite DFS.
