Italy punishes everyone who doesn't love waking up early!

Italy won’t let a single late sleeper off the hook! Italy is just too, too, too amazing to explore! And watching the sunrise in the early morning truly feels like something out of a divine realm. Just wrapped up a 10-day customized free-and-easy trip to Italy, and here are some of my favorite spots from the journey~ 📍 Rome ✅ Worth it: ▪️ Colosseum: Breathtaking! But make sure to get tickets that include the underground level—regular tickets don’t show the gladiators' passageways. ▪️ Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi): Go at 6 AM to snap photos without crowds; by afternoon, it’s packed. ▪️ Pantheon: Free and awe-inspiring—the light through the dome is magical. ❌ Skip: ▪️ Spanish Steps: Too crowded; hard to take photos without tourists. Better to relax at a nearby café. 📍 Florence ✅ Must-visit: ▪️ Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo): The climb to the top is tiring but worth it for the panoramic views. ▪️ Uffizi Gallery: A paradise for art lovers—book tickets in advance to skip lines. ▪️ Piazzale Michelangelo at sunset: Free and offers unbeatable views—bring a bottle of wine for extra charm. ⚠️ Note: ▪️ Florentine steak restaurants (e.g., Trattoria Dall’Oste) require reservations—walk-ins rarely get a table. 📍 Venice ✅ Recommendations: ▪️ St. Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco): Visit in the morning for fewer crowds; the live bands at cafés add great ambiance. ▪️ Gondola ride: Expensive but a unique experience—more romantic at dusk (€80/boat, can be shared by 4). ▪️ Burano (Rainbow Island): The colorful houses are perfect for photos, but the boat ride takes an hour. 📍 Cinque Terre ✅ Favorite villages: ▪️ Manarola: The postcard-perfect view, especially stunning at sunset. ▪️ Vernazza: Small but charming—seafood pasta at seaside restaurants is a must-try. ⚠️ Tips: ▪️ Validate train tickets! Inspections are strict, and fines apply if unchecked. ▪️ Wear comfortable shoes—it’s all stairs and steep slopes. 📍 Milan ▪️ Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano): The rooftop offers stunning spire views, but watch out for pigeon feeders in the square (don’t take their feed—they’ll demand money). ▪️ Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II: A luxury shopping arcade—nice to browse but pricey. 🍝 Honest Food Reviews ✔️ Rome’s Tonnarello: Their Carbonara (egg, cheese, and bacon pasta) is divine! ✔️ Florence’s All’Antico Vinaio: Huge sandwiches for €5—filling and delicious. ✖️ Venice’s squid ink pasta: Often too fishy at many places—proceed with caution. 📸 Top Photo Spots 1️⃣ Manarola at sunset 2️⃣ Ponte Vecchio in Florence at night 3️⃣ Pantheon’s light beam in Rome #Italy #ItalianTravel #EuropeTravel #OffTheBeatenPath #TravelTheWorld #TravelGuide #Florence #LeaningTowerOfPisa #StudyAbroadTravel
