Reservations: The website opens for bookings two weeks in advance, but they only seat 13 groups! The site often gets jammed, so persistence is key! After booking, the restaurant confirms via WhatsApp, ensuring every detail is correct. You’ll need to provide a credit card (they charge a fee if you’re late, so be on time!). The Experience: Their famous Trippa Fritta (crispy fried tripe) sells out if you arrive too late—so crispy and flavorful! 😋 The pasta and steak were fantastic, but the star of the show was the roasted bone marrow. The rich, savory taste was perfect on bread; we couldn’t get enough!
