🍝 Milan Food | Handmade Pasta at OsteriaDaFor πŸ”₯

The handmade pasta here is so popular it's exploding with customers!! I had to stand in a really long line, waiting for almost half an hour!! While in line, you can watch through the window as the chefs roll out the pasta, making you stare longingly like a starving ghost. Reading mixed reviews about the dishes and service, I approached with the mindset that I might encounter a culinary landmine, but my bowl of Tomato Oxtail Handmade Pasta was actually quite good, so I recommend it πŸ˜‹ 🌟 The taste is sour and sweet, not greasy; the beef is tender and very fragrant. 🌟 It's not too salty, just the right flavor! 🌟 The texture of the handmade pasta is present, with a normal firmness. It's not as hard as some bloggers mentioned, nor as hard as the pasta I had in my previous post. (Maybe it really depends on luck! This is just my experience.) 🌟 The portion size is also OK, especially for someone who's been walking around the city hungry for most of the day. A bowl costs 19€, plus a 3€ service charge (well, it's a daily occurrence of being robbed by restaurants), so naturally, I had to clean my plate. Although I wasn't stuffed to the point of no return, my appetite didn't allow me to continue with the widely recommended Tiramisu. Next time, for sure, boo-hoo. Additionally, the waiter was very attentive, checking halfway through if the pasta was tasty, and he was quite handsome too. For those who are patient enough to wait in line and have the time and energy, don't miss out! #ItalianCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurants #RestaurantRecommendations #GlobalFoodSquad #BeAFoodCollector #HandmadePasta #Milan #ItalianRestaurant
