Milan🍝 Handmade Pasta

📍 Osteria Da Fortunata - Brera (Via Fiori Chiari, 13, 20121 Milano MI, Italy) This restaurant has been recommended by many, and there’s always a long line outside! I’ve visited twice. The first time was a year ago, and I was blown away by their Carbonara—my friend and I couldn’t stop raving about how delicious it was. The combination of pasta with crispy pork cracklings was perfect. The other dishes were just okay, but the portions were huge. Two pasta dishes were almost too much for two people. Overall, it was a great experience. When I returned to Milan this year, I had been longing to go back. Sadly, this visit was underwhelming. The Carbonara felt overly greasy, and the pork cracklings tasted stale, as if they’d been sitting out for too long. I probably won’t go back after this. Also, the servers’ attitude was mediocre both times 🥲. Pastas tried: Top left: STROZZAPRETI-CARBONARA Bottom left: FETTUCCINE-SUGO CON CODA ALLA VACCINARA (oxtail ragu) Top right: TAGLIOLINI-PESTO #MilanFood #ItalyTravel #Pasta #MilanEats #ItalianCuisine
