Milan's Only Sincerely Recommended Restaurant

After eating salty Italian cuisine for more than half a month in Italy and getting fed up with the taste, I followed my friend's food map and ordered three dishes without any disappointments, even the wine was delicious! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐Ÿฅ‚ Restaurant name: AI Coniglio bianco ๐Ÿฐ Location: On the Navigli riverbank, the restaurant is quite noticeable, but it was full both times I passed by, so you might need to book in advance. ๐Ÿ“…๐Ÿ’ป I ordered three dishes: ๐Ÿฅฐ The appetizer was beef tartare. I'm a crazy tartare enthusiast. The tartare was cut just right โ€“ not too big that it becomes disgusting, nor too small that you can't taste the quality and texture of the beef. There are four layers to this tartare: First, add some black pepper and eat it alone to feel the tenderness and aroma of the pure beef; second, mix it with the bone marrow underneath, which has a slightly burnt flavor; third, mix it with roasted pear for a sweet and fresh taste; lastly, I mix it with olive oil for the unique fragrance of olive oil and an extra level of smoothness. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฅฉ ๐Ÿฅฐ For the main course, I ordered seafood pasta. The pasta is round and wide. The seafood was fresh and sweet, not overly salty, allowing you to taste the natural sweetness of the seafood. The only downside might be that the pasta was slightly hard, but I like my pasta slightly undercooked, so it was still good for me. Overall, it was great! ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ ๐Ÿฅฐ The last dish was tiramisu. This one was a real surprise! I don't know if anyone else hates eating wet tiramisu like me, but many people say tiramisu is just wet, which is not true. This was the second place that kept the cookies dry, separating the cookies from the sauce, which had a faint wine aroma. It tasted amazing when eaten with the cookies! As for the bread, it was delicious, just not the type we like, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, warm, and toasted. But that's just a small detail. Overall, the experience was great! I finished it all by myself, and I heard their risotto is the best, but I really couldn't eat anymore. The prices are moderate, definitely worth a visit! ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐Ÿ’ฏ #FoodieJourney #MilanCuisine #TravelDiary #InspirationalNotes #TreasureRestaurantShare #RestaurantReview #ItalianFoodRecommendation #MilanRestaurantRecommendation #ItalianTravel ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡นโœจ
