It's spicy with a tangy twist that cuts through the richness. Every time I come, I think about trying a different flavor, but I always end up ordering this one. I recommend getting it with medium or spicier heat. Northeast Hot Pot with Tripe 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's a really large serving, reminiscent of a Chinese skewer hot pot with various meatballs and types of tripe, including honeycomb tripe, thousand-layer tripe, and regular tripe. As someone who usually doesn't eat offal, I tried the honeycomb tripe and it was surprisingly good, with no off-flavors. It also comes with a serving of udon noodles. Barbecue 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Apart from the eggplant being a bit overcooked, the rest of the barbecue is very tasty. The chicken cartilage, or "zhang zhong bao," is highly recommended. I really enjoy this dish; the cartilage is crispy, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced.
