π Nebbia: The Italian Restaurant Where You Can Taste Beef Tongue! π΄
π§ ECCOCI!!! π Today, I'm sharing the restaurant NEBBIA. My friends say it's not conveniently located and it's far from my home, but why have I been there three times already? Indeed, this is an Italian restaurant that's a bit "under-the-radar" due to its geographical location. π‘ Cool pink hues, Nordic minimalism, a touch of Japanese aesthetics, meticulously presented dishes, and unique flavors... But! The highlight: the food is absolutely delicious! π Every time I bring guests, they express their satisfaction with the fusion menu that caters to those who have grown tired of traditional Italian cuisine. π Each dish is so stunning that you want your phone to "eat" it quickly so you can savor it yourself... π¦ͺ I heard the chef has traveled through Asia, combining Western cuisine with East Asian culinary traditions. This is how dishes like Lingua Tonnata (beef tongue), tripe, and a dish as tender as braised pork called Guancetta (pork cheek meat) came to be (I had it before and it was unforgettable, but I didn't order it this time, so no photo). There's also the Fegatini (chicken liver pΓ’tΓ©) that doesn't look like chicken liver at all, and the Pollo ai carboni (crispy charcoal-grilled chicken) which, compared to the dry chicken often found in Italy, is incredibly tender and juicy. A must-order! β οΈ The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. #MintMambo #ItalianCuisine #AtmosphereRestaurant #HiddenGemRestaurants #MilanRestaurantRecommendations #DateNightRestaurant #FoodieAlert #Aesthetics #Space #RestaurantExploration
