Recommended Milanese Beef Tripe Restaurant That's Super Hard to Book
🏰🍽️ A restaurant renowned for its tripe and bone marrow dishes, Chef Diego Rossi is quite famous in Milan, attracting many visitors. The place isn't large, but it's very clean. The service is exceptionally good, always attentive to guests' needs, and every dish is served with two plates, showing great care. A popular dish is the Vitello Tonnato from the Piedmont region, a well-known dish in Italy. It's available in limited quantities daily. Their beef tripe is exceptionally delicious! Both the fried and stewed versions are a must-try! The dishes retain the natural flavors of the ingredients and are enhanced with the unique aroma of spices, just right, not too salty or greasy, with the tripe melting in your mouth upon the first bite. The stewed tripe we ordered was the Special of the Day, created by the chef's daily freestyle, with prices varying depending on the chef's mood. The chef even asked if we could sprinkle some Pecorino on top. Pecorino is a sheep's milk cheese, also my favorite. Italians truly know how to prepare offal~ Also worth trying is their signature second course, Mantua-style pumpkin-stuffed butter dumplings, topped with Parmigiano cheese. Does it sound heavy? But it's truly amazing, with the right balance of sweetness and saltiness, complemented by the cheese and sage aroma. One can only say the chef is exceptionally skilled. For dessert, I highly recommend the Panna Cotta, sprinkled with wine syrup and peanut crumbles. It's the best Panna Cotta I've had in Italy!!! Not greasy at all! I love pudding 🍮 The Tiramisu is average and not recommended! The first dessert cake is also tasty, with a more adventurous taste, so it's worth trying. We two ordered three meat dishes, two main courses, three desserts, two wines, and a water. The total was less than 130 euros. 🎃The most important part is here! How to make a reservation! It's a truly challenging restaurant to book, requiring a month in advance! That is, every month on the 1st at 12:00 noon, reservations for the entire next month open. (For example, on September 1st, you can book for October 1st to 31st) Since they have few tables for five or six people, larger groups must be ready to book on the website in advance. I booked a table for two at 12:00 sharp, and there were very few options left, only the first seating, which was at 19:15. #HiddenGemRestaurant #ItalianCuisine #MilanRestaurantRecommendations
