Restaurants Chicago Locals Actually Go To 🤤

Tried a lot of trendy spots in Chicago recently and felt kinda meh… Then my Chicago friends took me to these local gems—total game changers! 🍕 Parlor Pizza Their calamari is ridiculously good. Pizza is super thin crust (not deep-dish)—we got the Sgt. Pepper with white truffle oil and it was insane! 🍣 Niu b A tiny Japanese spot + bar on the corner of S Michigan. Food is okay, but the cocktails are exceptional! I had the “Summer in Shanghai”—lychee lovers, you need this. 🍔 Half Sour Classic American fare. The Caesar salad had incredibly tender chicken, and the burger was solid. They do brunch in the morning and turn into a bar at night—you can even see into the open kitchen from the street! 🍳 Honeyberry An adorable brunch spot with all the classic American breakfast options.
