Sharing a Delicious Korean Restaurant in the North Suburbs of Chicago

There are so many Korean restaurants in the north suburbs of Chicago, which is great for Korean food lovers. This restaurant was introduced to my teammate by his friend, who is a staff member at the Korean Embassy in the United States. We had high expectations for the food even before we arrived. 1๏ธโƒฃ Smoked Pork Knuckle ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ A dish found in many Korean restaurants, we ordered it with an open mind, and it turned out to be amazingโ€”better than any other version we've tried. The meat is tender and full of flavor. Wrapping the meat with lettuce leaves, garlic slices, and chili slices, and adding a piece of kimchi, is incredibly satisfying. 2๏ธโƒฃ Army Stew ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ I've always thought army stew was just okay. It didn't stand out much to me. But if you like the gooey texture, this is definitely worth a try! 3๏ธโƒฃ Spicy Seafood Squid Noodles ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ Different from other places we've tried, this restaurant serves noodles instead of glass noodles. Both work well when mixed together. The dish is cool and spicy, very refreshing, though there could be more squid meat. 4๏ธโƒฃ Steamed Pork Belly ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ The pork belly is cooked to perfection, very tender. It pairs wonderfully with the side dishes (see 5๏ธโƒฃ). Just be mindful of the higher fat content if you're watching your weight! 6๏ธโƒฃ Fried Chicken Wings ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ These are incredibly deliciousโ€”crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Even kids can enjoy several pieces easily. #KoreanFood #StudentEating #StudentEats
