Tang Korean in Chicago 🍜✨

Walked in today and owner Keith enthusiastically asked if we were Chinese — then helped us take photos while counting down in Mandarin 😄📸! He even treated us to free drinks 🍻. The portions here are huge — the Jokbal (braised pig trotters) felt like it could last a week! My favorite was the Spicy Ramen Tteokbokki — perfect with sweet rice drink. My friend loved the seafood pancake. We left stuffed! At the end, Keith brought out a notebook and asked what we usually order at New Village Gastropub — taking notes seriously 🗒️. He also mentioned that Chinese students from Northwestern are "geniuses"… me: "I don’t know about that, man" 😂. P.S. Love Niles — shoutout to all the Koreans making amazing Korean food in Chicago.
