The Most Worthy Place to Visit in Milan | Fondazione Prada 🖼️✨
I spent a whole day at Fondazione Prada, and I could barely scratch the surface of all the exhibitions! From the architecture to every material detail and endless art installations, the amount of information is overwhelming. Each uniquely beautiful elevator and even the restrooms are stunning beyond words! 🚪💖 I’ve never felt “tired” exploring an exhibition before, but I was so worn out that I had to take a nap at the Wes Anderson-designed café in the middle of my visit before continuing my exploration. Truly, it lives up to being the Prada Foundation! 💤☕️ The ancient church bell tower is completely covered in gold leaf, making this golden building stand out while still closely connected to the surrounding landscape. ⛪️✨ Works by Robert Gober and Louise Bourgeois are permanently housed here, including the stunning Corner Door. Another highlight is Carsten Höller’s upside-down mushroom house! 🍄 When I sat in a corner of the space watching the rotating 🍄, I felt an uncanny sensation as if time and space had been flipped upside down! 🌀 The Pino Pascali retrospective features a large blue spider... 🕷️ There’s just so much to see! Many installations that I’ve loved for a long time were right in front of me this time—what a stroke of luck! 🍀 #MilanExhibitions #MilanHiddenGems #InspirationNotes #AestheticAccumulation #InstallationArt #PradaContemporaryArtFoundation
