π Totally Worth It β An Unforgettable Night at Weber Grill! π
Every time I visit Chicago, I tell myself Iβm going to dine at Weber Grill β but for some reason, I never made a reservation... until this trip! And Iβm so glad I finally did! ππ From the moment we walked in, the incredible aroma from the kitchen filled the air π½οΈπ₯. Walking past the open kitchen, watching the chefs work their magic β I knew right away the wait had been worth it! Our server, Veselin, paused briefly while carrying someoneβs hot dinner to introduce himself and promise heβd be right back β and he kept his word! He guided us through the entire evening with charm and professionalism. From appetizer recommendations to side dish pairings, he was there every step of the way π§‘π¨βπ³. He started us off with drinks, never rushed us, and kindly asked when we were ready to order. He even let us know they still had Prime Rib available and suggested we share a vegetable side β which was the perfect portion for two! His smile, laughter, and vibrant personality made us want to stay all night! ππ¬ My sister ordered the Prime Rib with garlic mashed potatoes (which werenβt too garlicky β just right!), and I went for the Filet Mignon with potatoes and garlic spinach (also mild and delicious!). The food arrived promptly, and Veselin checked on us regularly to make sure everything was perfect β π₯©. When it was time to leave, my only disappointment was seeing an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill. Why? Because when I have amazing service, I usually tip more than 18%! When itβs auto-added, I often just accept it β but Veselin was so exceptional, I added extraβ¦ and he gratefully accepted π«Άπ΅.
